Exchange Terms & Policy

After getting your exchange or refund query, your order will be first checked by our relevant team after assessment you will be offered an exchange (depending on the availability of the product)

  1. If a customer gets the wrong product after purchasing, we will exchange the product for free shipping.
  2. The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed and without any flaws.
  3. The product must includes the original tags and accessories
  4. After receiving the product within 2 days an exchange policy will be available.
  5. Exchange policy will be available for the same product only.
    Perfumes are not returnable
  6. No refund or exchange for discounted products.

Refund Terms & Policy

  1. If we are unable to deliver any paid order of our customer in that case we refund the amount to our customer.
  2. We refund the full amount within 15 working days.
